Shipping is free on orders over kr 499. Below that, standard shipping costs kr 65 within Sweden (3–5 business days) or kr 185 for the rest of Europe (5–8 business days). We do not currently offer express shipping — all orders ship via standard delivery.

Yes. Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns on opened or used skincare products. If an item arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us within 14 days — opened or not — and we'll cover return shipping and offer a refund or replacement. Contact us at info@lorhia.com with your order number to start a return.

Most products in our range are fragrance-free. Any that contain a fragrant ingredient are clearly marked on the product page. We never add fragrance purely for scent.

We love that so many of our products are vegan-friendly, and we proudly label "PETA-certified" and "Vegan-certified" items wherever we can confirm it. For everything else, we're honest with you: we can't promise with full certainty that no step in the supply chain ever involved animal testing. If this matters to you, we're happy to help you check with the brand directly.

Sunscreen is the single most effective anti-ageing and barrier-protecting step in any routine — more impactful than any serum. UV exposure is the leading cause of premature fine lines, uneven pigmentation, and collagen breakdown, and it accumulates daily, including through windows and on cloudy days.
